We have been making it a point to explore different places every week to get us out the house and expose London to different outside environments. When the Getty Villa invited us to visit we didn’t hesitate. Nestled in the Pacific Palisades very close to Malibu off the PCH, the Getty Villa and Museum is a breathtaking site to see. The last time I visited I somehow remember it being much bigger but honestly it’s the perfect size especially for a family with young children. When you walk in you are greeted by a vast amphitheater. Inside the museum are different rooms with exhibits and right outside is this beautiful garden courtyard with plenty of seating around to just take it in. They also have special exhibitions you can look up on their website. There is a cafe with different food options and also plenty of seating to enjoy a bite with the family. London had the best time walking around and taking it all in, she enjoyed it much more than I thought she would. Even if you’re like me and not exactly a person who enjoys museums, Getty Museum is worth a visit for the sites alone.
